Welcome to the neighbourhood

Beautiful Natural Setting

Framework 22 is nestled below Massey Hill, which offers stunning view of the the brilliant colours of the foliage that lights up the hillside in the fall and the lush rustling birch, aspen and spruce in the summer. It is also located adjacent to the historic Ginter's Meadow.

Now one of Prince George's off-leash dog parks, it offers lovely meadows, a fresh creek and opportunities to explore the stone pillars and entry stairs to the one-time famed Ginter mansion.

A Recreation Hub

Framework 22 offers easy walking access to some of Prince George's most popular recreational facilities, including the Aquatic Centre, the Rotary Soccer Fields as well as CN Centre, a multi-purpose arena home to the Prince George Cougars hockey team and host to special events, concerts and conferences.

The nearby Ginter's Meadow offers access to the UNBC Connector Trail system, providing access to more than 9km of hiking and biking trails connecting to Forests for the World and Shane Lake.

A short drive provides access to a golf course, theatre, curling rink, climbing wall, racketball and tennis courts and more.

Close to Amenities

Just a quick drive away, Framework 22 residents can access Prince George's shopping mall, grocery stores, big box stores and much more.

Pinewood Elementary school is located nearby, and both one of Canada's best small universities, the University of Northern British Columbia, and the College of New Caledonia are close as well. Prince George Secondary School is a short drive or bus ride away.

And, really, pretty much anything in Prince George is no more than a 15 minute drive away, even during "rush hour."
